Everyone’s definition of success is different and contextual, however we force fit success and its definition on young people, especially in the education system, which ultimately results in many feeling excluded.
When we dig deeper within ourselves, reflect and unbox the definition of success; we realise the erroneous way in which we are limiting young people while defining it in a linear way for them.
We want to create a reflective movement around the diverse definitions of success through radical listening and amplifying the innumerable ways of defining success.
